Cancelling an item is possible before the order is shipped, please submit your cancellation to info@myjooti.com and we will process the cancellation as soon as possible.
In the case that the order is shipped you can always return the items.
How can I cancel my order?
Please send us an email to info@myjooti.com. We will try to process the cancellation as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, once an order is shipped (you will be notified by receiving an email confirmation) it cannot be cancelled, as it has already left our warehouse.
Do not worry, you can always return your item(s), within 14 days from the delivery date.
I've received the wrong/faulty item or an incomplete order. What can I do?
In the case of a wrong/faulty item or an incomplete order, please get in contact with us. We will collect the order and deliver the correct one.
